Good Grief Yoga Therapy Services
In Good Grief Yoga Therapy I use a mindfulness based approach to grief and incorporate some gentle yoga practices to help address your grief at a deeper level. Mindfulness based grief counseling is about being present for another person's pain and honoring their journey. I will walk with you through your experience and honor your grief so you can integrate the experience into your life and once again find meaning.
Each session will vary but will consist of talking, and may include some gentle yoga movements or breath work or other yoga tools to help address your symptoms of grief.

General Yoga Therapy Session
Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with any kind of health challenge--physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. As a yoga therapist I recommend specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, etc., to suit individual needs. In using yoga techniques it can help to create, stimulate, and maintain an optimum state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
